John White

  (760) 898-9692

Born and raised in California's San Joaquin Valley, John grew up alongside hard-working farmers who engrained in him a strong work ethic. After graduating college, he moved to San Francisco to work at Chevron's corporate headquarters in their corporate communications division. John soon married, moved back to the valley and began working with his family in the toy industry. While raising three children, he grew the family business into a multi-million dollar global enterprise. Honing his negotiating skills in front of retail titans like Amazon, Target and WalMart, John developed a keen ability to sell. His passion for people and business led him to Palm Springs where he has transacted millions of dollars in real estate sales and is on a trajectory to be in the top 1% of agents in the area. A 5-star rated agent with Zillow, John has helped many buyers and sellers alike realize their real estate goals.

Here are a few comments from his satisfied customers:

John really cares about his clients. It's so refreshing to be able to put your trust in a person of integrity, with “Great Eye Sight”! In other words, he doesn‘t see his clients as mere dollar signs; John sees them as awesome people who need to be shown the best homes available for their needs. He guided my husband and I each step of the way in our search for a home. He truly is the best of the best!

John is remarkably thorough and professional in the best sense of the word. He always stayed in touch and followed through during the entire sale. John arranged for professionals to complete of the minor repairs to the home requested by the buyer. I would highly recommend him to other homeowners wanting to sell.
