Shann has headlined as an out, gay comedian worldwide for over 30 years! She ventured into real estate just a couple years ago to do advertising and light-hearted commercials for a friend’s new real estate group and found herself almost accidentally selling houses at a pretty good clip! Carr says that, much like comedy, she found she had just the right personality to be a quality realtor; A good sense of humor, a real sense of caring, great communication skills and a desire to keep things POSITIVE… while maintaining the respect and integrity of the transaction. Shann is very involved in local volunteerism and philanthropy and is determined to build the first LGBTQ convention hotel here in Palm Springs in the very near future!
